TSO3 Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

MYRTLE BEACH, SC and QUEBEC CITY, April 2, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - TSO(3) Inc. (TSX: TOS) ("TSO(3)" or the "Company"), an innovator in sterilization technology for medical devices in healthcare settings, announced today that it has appointed Sara Elford to the Company's board of directors and further announced the resignation of Douglas Dieter.

Ms. Elford enjoyed a long and successful career in Canadian capital markets. From 1998 to 2015, she was a Sell-Side Equity Research Analyst covering Sustainability and Special Situations at Canaccord Genuity, where she was consistently ranked by Brendan Wood International and won numerous StarMine awards for stock picking. Previously, she held positions with Brink, Hudson & Lefevre and CIBC Wood Gundy in Vancouver and started her career in New York at Kidder Peabody & Co as an Investment Banking Analyst. Ms. Elford now applies her skills and experience in the capacity of investor, strategic advisor and corporate director. She currently sits on the boards of BioSyent Inc., Carmanah Technologies Corporation and Hydrogenics Corporation, and was a past director of Pure Technologies. She is a CFA Charterholder and is a graduate of Bishop's University with a Finance Major and Economics Minor.
