V6-powered 2019 Toyota Tacoma models have a maximum towing capacity of 6,800 pounds.
Two of the 2019 Tacoma's trim levels, TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro, are built specifically for off-road travel. TRD Off-Road models come with extra skid plates, an off-road traction control system with selectable terrain settings and a lockable rear differential. The TRD Pro trim adds internal bypass shocks, all-terrain tires and a thicker front skid plate.
