Crestwood Associates is Nominated for Four Major Awards by Acumatica
MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill., Jan. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Crestwood Associates has been nominated by Acumatica for four of their major awards, to be presented at the upcoming Acumatica Summit 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The four awards are the Customer for Life Excellence Award, the Manufacturing Excellence Award, the Acumatica Innovation Award, and (most notably) Partner of the Year. Crestwood also expects their staff to win one or more Acumatica MVP awards after winning four last year.
The Partner of the Year Award rewards the partner with the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals, and revenue contribution to Acumatica. Crestwood has won Acumatica Partner of the Year twice before (2016 and 2017).
The Customer for Life Excellence Award recognizes the partner with the highest percentage of up-sell revenue and highest retention rates. The Manufacturing Excellence Award recognizes the partner who sold the most manufacturing deals in 2019 while achieving a high customer satisfaction score. The Acumatica Innovation Award recognizes a partner whose solution(s) gathered the most votes for being unique and innovative. Crestwood currently has two Acumatica-Certified Applications, with several others in the works.
