DAPA ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO PROTECT SUBCONTRACTORS AND BOOST “MRO OFFSETS”
South Korea’s Defence Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) has announced new initiatives to “protect” sub-contractors in defence tenders. DAPA has called for more aerospace MRO activities to qualify as offsets, and for activities that will qualify for preoffset credit banking.
