CGI Manufacturing Relaunches as Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions

In a major step to strengthen its position in the North American manufacturing marketplace and establish a foundation for continued growth and success, CGI Manufacturing Holdings (“CGI”) announced today it has relaunched as Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions (“Cadrex” or the “Company”). Under the unified platform, Cadrex and its business units will continue to deliver unmatched value-added Industry 4.0 solutions for mission-critical manufacturing, supported by more than one million square feet of manufacturing capacity, strategically located around the United States as well as in Monterrey, Mexico.

Following the acquisition of eight business units, Cadrex’s range of offerings include laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, complex assembly, CNC machining, robotic welding, stamping and fastener insertion, plastic injection molding, and more. Brands under the Cadrex umbrella include Advanced Laser, CGI Automated Manufacturing, DFF Corporation, Elite Manufacturing Technologies, Haven Manufacturing, Precision Metal Fab, Richlind Metal Fabricators and Tenere.
