Mirage Industria e Comercio de Pecas Ltda., through its 30- year of experience in a wide range of markets such as Aeronautical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Industrial offering parts, general machining services, manufacturing of devices and special machines is ready to respond to the specific needs of the customers.

Mirage offers not only conventional and CNC machining, but also provides tooling manufacturing, electro erosion manufacturing and assembling services.

Mainly dedicated to aeronautical production in the last few years, one of Mirage’s strengths is its well-organized production. This is possible because of Mirage’s development of special tools for manufacturing parts, which results in more efficient work. To produce these tools efficiently, Mirage relies on the considerable experience of its management.

Created in 1976, the company has been working in the aeronautical area since 1990, discovering this area as its best opportunity for growth, optimizing its applications. Today with a working capacity of 24,000 hrs/month in the machining sector, Mirage shows an impressive record of growing, through a consistent reinvestment policy.

High quality control is possible due to a well-equipped laboratory, careful planning, and calibrated, controlled equipment, including a 3-D measuring table.

Mirage produces its own CNC program, using Mastercam III.

Several 3 and 4 axis CNC machining centres are available.

The company is equipped with wire and penetration electroerosion machines, plus a complete set of conventional machines and equipment.

Mirage is accredited by Ministry of Aeronautics, participating actively in Brazilian Space Program with the manufacturing of high precision parts and special devices. It employs highly trained and technically skilled individuals in the areas of manufacturing projects, contracts management, installation and assembling.
