OFFICE MISSION

The mission of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is to identify and support AFiT® business goals by working with its valuable customers to align to and ensure that all IT resources are focused on meeting or exceeding those business goals. These goals are approved by Leadership and contribute to the successful clients business.

The EPMO uses the expert judgment, skills and abilities of its project managers and technical architects to provide on time delivery of IT solutions that meet high quality standards. The EPMO assumes a strong leadership role in technology and is a trusted advisor to its staff offering standards, methodologies and best practices scalable to the tasks at hand, thereby, reducing IT costs and returning value to its customers.

AFiT® EPMO will become the trusted advisor that is counted by its client to get the right IT job done right the first time and delivered on schedule by a staff who challenges themselves each day.

Services Provided by the AFiT® Customer Service Department. The AFiT® Customer Service Department provides clients with the following services:

• Planning and implementing networks based on the customer's business needs.
• Deploying, configuring and maintaining network servers, mail servers, application servers, security devices, backup servers & devices etc. on various multiple platforms based on the business requirements of the customer with experts on Linux, Netware & Microsoft platforms.
• Performing database installations, maintenance, and migrations with experts in Oracle and SQL.
• Deploying and maintaining document management, content management and electronic workflow solutions.
• Providing maintenance service to preserve and maintain existing IT environments as well as newly deployed environments.
• Providing IT consultancy to determine the IT infrastructure required by a client.
• Providing identity management solutions to clients operating under a heterogeneous environment.
• Providing desktop management solutions for large environments.

 
The Customer Service Department consists of the following units:
