Publicly Traded Company KAMAZ is a state controlled  automobile corporation specialising in the design and development of heavy duty trucks  KAMAZ PTC is Russia's largest automobile corporation and one of the world's top 20 heavy duty truck producers.The company is state owned and part of Rostec State Corporation with the largest blocks of stock being owned by the government and various commercial banks.  KAMAZ Group of Organizations is comprised of more than 89 organizations based in Russia, CIS and other countries with all the divisions and subsidiaries of KAMAZ combined having employed nearly 36 000 persons. In 2016, KAMAZ PTC sold 34.5 thousand trucks, which was a 21% increase from 2015 which included 28.3 thousand. trucks sold in the domestic market and 6.2 thousand trucks that were sold in foreign markets (+6%).
