HAECO Xiamen

HAECO Xiamen, was founded in 1993 and opened its first hangar in 1996. HAECO Xiamen is a part of the HAECO Group and counts Boeing, Cathay Pacific, JAL, the Xiamen Aviation Industry Co., Ltd., Beijing Kailan Aviation Technology Development and Service Co., Ltd. as its main shareholders. HAECO Xiamen offers a complete range of airframe and line maintenance services on Airbus and Boeing aircraft, airframe maintenance, major modifications, cabin modifications and line maintenance. It conducted the world's first 747-400BCF freighter conversion, and remains the sole independent facility licensed by Boeing to carry them out. HAECO Xiamen is also home to the Group's VIP Cabin Completion Centre - Asia's first and only facility approved by both Airbus and Boeing. As an one-stop MRO, HAECO Xiamen operates its own certified parts manufacturing and testing facilities, it also runs a public training and license examination center, catering to all technical and non-technical training needs.

HAECO Xiamen provides airframe maintenance services including multiple C checks, D Checks, major modifications, cabin reconfigurations/modifications across a wide range of aircraft types with approvals from multiple authorities for all major Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft. With six double bay wide-body hangars, HAECO Xiamen is able to accommodate 12 wide-body and 5 narrow-body aircraft simultaneously. HAECO Xiamen has an extensive manpower pool of more than 3000 technicians with experience on over 1,700 aircraft inputs for a wide range of customers. HAECO Xiamen is highly recognized by customers for its quality service, competitive turnaround time, reasonable price and continuous improvement program.

HAECO Xiamen, as one of the associate members of the International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP), provides 24/7 technical support including transit checks, overnight checks, daily checks, weekly checks, defect rectification and technical log certification services on all major Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft, including the A380 and 747-8. HAECO Xiamen can also provide AOG and manpower assistance throughout China.

The Company is also Asia’s first and only Airbus approved and Boeing licensed completion center for its respective ranges of executive and private jets. The capability has been built up in-house over a period of years and with significant investment in training, facilities and tooling. HAECO Xiamen can provide an one-stop service from the conceptual design drawings provided by its in-house team through the detailed engineering design, material selection and procurement and certification.
