Established in 1995 on the rubber flourished banks of the Meenachil River in the Kottayam District of Kerala, Glenrock Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. is one of the pioneer companies engaged in the manufacture and export of rubber moulded goods. Glenrock has the professional expertise and technology to deliver the finest products to clients. The company focuses on delivering high quality rubber products like rubber mats, rubber tiles and industrial mats in rolls.

Today, Glenrock has grown to become a leading rubber tiles and mats manufacturer in Kerala, India.

Quality
In line with international standards, the company has a full-fledged R&D centre with in-house testing facilities for all quality parameters requisite for rubber products. As an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, every precaution is taken with regard to quality from procurement of raw materials to the dispatch of goods to the customer’s store.

R&D
• Fully equipped research & development facility with all the required equipment for development and testing of new compounds.
• Lab equipment includes Density meter, Rheometer, UTM, Abrasion testing equipment, oven, mill and press.
• Any other tests can be done at the nearby Rubber Research Institute of India facility.

MOULDING
• 15 Hydraulic presses, 5 Mixing mills.
• Presses of varying sizes, up to 2 x 2.4m and 3.2 x 1.3m.
• 250 different custom moulds used in production.
• 100 types of compounds developed by Glenrock’s R&D team, to meet product quality parameters.
• Natural Rubber and Synthetic Rubber moulding.
• Splicing (joining) mats to produce continuous rolls of up to 30m.
• Have developed products adhering to international standards such as REACH and PAH.

MIXING
• 3 Internal Mixers (Intermix) with 150 Litre capacity each, output 120 tons of rubber compound per day.
• Equipped with all the necessary support facility like feeding conveyor, oil pumping and heating arrangement, temperature graphs, cooling towers, stock blenders, sheeting conveyors etc.

CALENDARING & ROTOCURE
Glenrock’s calendaring and rotocured sheeting unit is currently being setup. They will be able produce continuous sheets of up to 1.5m width.
