In 2025 FMO expects to launch its NASIRA+ synthetic securitization guarantee program, supported by the European Commission. Under the NASIRA+ program FMO will provide portfolio guarantees, mostly to Financial Institutions with an estimated value of EUR 1.2 bln. The duration of the program will be 12 years. FMO is looking for an external party to (i) provide an application to register the tranched guarantee transactions and (ii) provide services related to the application and the beneficiaries.
From the Contractor we expect the following:
A. Description of the application:
1. Administering the structured guarantee facility with all its attributes.
2. Process monthly data uploads by the beneficiaries on their covered loan portfolios.
3. Embedded data quality validations and consistency checks on the incoming data.
4. Calculating the waterfall of incoming and outgoing payments/receipts over the risk sharing tranches.
5. Reporting and dashboarding functionalities.
6. Interfacing with the FMO application landscape.
B. Description of the services:
1. Configuration of the application & Go Live. Technical and functional maintenance.
2. Onboarding the beneficiaries and investors on the application. Setting up the transactions in the application. We expect around 58 beneficiaries to be onboarded within 3 to 5 years.
3. Supporting the monthly data uploads by the beneficiaries and making sure data quality is compliant with the standards as agreed between FMO and the beneficiaries.
